First Greater Western Ltd (GWR) is seeking to tender the management of its car parking estate to ensure it is
delivering a best-in-class car parking experience for its customers, maximising revenue return for the business/Treasury and through a longer-term contract can realise improvements that contribute to GWR's wider strategic business objectives

Issuance of the contract notice via Find a Tender portal. Contract Notice and complete
premarket engagement if required.
Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ)
Upon receiving of supplier's signed NDA, supplier(s) will be invited to PQQ stage.
Invitation To Negotiate (ITN) / Invitation to Tender (ITT)
The successful shortlisted supplier(s) at PQQ stage between 3 to 5 bidders will be invited to compete and submit the commercials during the ITT stage.
The top three final shortlisted supplier(s) will be invited to attend Supplier presentations and then submit their Best and Final Offer (BAFO).
