Description
The General Dental Council (GDC) recognises the importance of listening to and acting on employee feedback as a critical driver of organisational success. To support this, we have awarded a contract for the delivery of Employee Engagement Survey programme. The awarded supplier will be responsible for the end-to-end design, delivery and analysis of the GDC's employee engagement survey making it inclusive, accessible and compliant with all relevant data protection and ethical standards.

Description of possible extension:
The Contract Commencement Date is 1 August 2025, and the expiry Date shall be 31 July 2026, unless extended or subject to early termination. The Contract may be extended by a further two years (2) to a maximum term of three (3) years. Any Contract extension is subject to the Contractors' satisfactory performance of the Contract and the Service herein being fit for purpose.
