Description
The Maintenance and Periodic Inspection and Servicing of Local Exhaust and Ventilation, Air Handling, and Kitchen Ventilation Systems (LEV, AHU and KVS), in various occupied operational council properties located within the geographical boundaries of the East Riding of Yorkshire. The East Riding of Yorkshire Council manages and controls approximately 617 LEV, AHU and KVS systems across 115 sites located throughout the County, of various sizes and complexity. The contract scope of work includes carrying out planned inspection and servicing, maintenance works to the systems; repairs, installs, upgrades and modifications to ensure that systems meet operational and safety standards and the provision of a 24/7 call out service for emergency response to attend at any applicable location in the East Riding of Yorkshire within the prescribed times to undertake repairs to LEV, AHU and KVS systems. Working restrictions will apply.
