Engagement process description

NECTAR (North East & Cumbria Transport And Retrieval) provides critical care transport across the North East, the United Kingdom and overseas, delivering intensive care to more than 1,000 adult and paediatric patients.

The service is looking for an electronic patient record (EPR) to manage the entire clinical pathway. It must enable intuitive clinical documentation, mobile and offline access, safe and auditable electronic prescribing, and where the system will be designed to support adaptability for future service and regulatory changes.

We are looking for an established system, ready to implement, and preferably in use in a similar service.
