Engagement process description
NHS Birmingham and Solihull WorkWell is an early-intervention work and health support and assessment service, providing holistic support to help people overcome health-related barriers to employment, and a single, joined-up gateway to other support services. Over the last six months the pilot has helped hundreds of people in East Birmingham and North Solihull to address their work and health needs so that they can start or stay in employment.
As we develop our ambitions for further integration of work and health services and consider potential expansion of the WorkWell programme in Birmingham, we are planning a market engagement event in advance of developing a delivery model for the service for the future.
We would therefore invite organisations with a potential interest in the delivery of an expanded Birmingham and Solihull WorkWell service to hear about our service development to date, and our future plans and to participate in discussions with the wider market alongside the ICB, and colleagues from Birmingham and Solihull Councils.
The event will take place as follows :
DATE: 10th November 2025
TIME: 10.30am to 12.30pm
VENUE: Central Birmingham
We expect demand for places will be high, so, to allow as many different providers as possible to be in attendance, would politely request that one representative only attends for each organisation registered. If you would like to join us for the event, please register using the following link: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/workwell-market-event-tickets-1907591731219?aff=oddtdtcreator
