Description

The aim of this tender is to establish a framework agreement for the provision of vehicle tail lift servicing and repairs across the Trust's fleet. The framework will be awarded to a maximum of two suppliers per Lot, with contract values varying by Lot depending on fleet size and internal capacity.

The Trust does not guarantee any minimum level of demand under this framework agreement. Any references to vehicle numbers, contract values, volumes of work or operational requirements are indicative only and provided for tendering purposes to assist suppliers with capacity planning. Demand may vary during the term, including as a result of changes to internal workshop capability, operational priorities or fleet composition. The Contractor shall have no claim for loss of profit, loss of opportunity or any other compensation arising from any variation, reduction or absence of call-outs, servicing activity or repair work.
