The current provider of the Service is meeting the contractual requirements to a satisfactory level and the intention is to award the providers the contract for the period 01 October 2025 to 31 March 2027, following PSR Direct Award Process C as there is no change to the contract terms.
The lifetime value of the contract is £296,751 (based on 18 months cost)

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C.
The service is for residents registered with GPs in Havering, Redbridge and Barking and Dagenham, who have a simple wound care need. The current provider of the Service is meeting the contractual requirements to a satisfactory level, and the intention is to award the providers the contract following PSR Direct Award Process C as there is no change to the contract terms.
