Reason for not signing contract
In accordance with Section 55 of the Procurement Act 2023, this notice formally confirms the termination of the procurement process for tender notice 2025/S 000-043461.
Following a comprehensive and careful evaluation on 27th October 2025, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust have determined that the financial budget allocated to this procurement is insufficient to enable the award of a contract that fulfils the current specification.
Consequently, due to these affordability constraints, the procurement process cannot proceed in its present form.
This notice is issued in strict accordance with the requirements of the Procurement Act 2023 and Regulation 37 of the Procurement Regulations 2024.
