Description
The successful Concessionaire shall operate the Concession Agreement and provide EV Charging Point Services to the Council across approximately 15 sites at the locations stated in the Tender. All locations are within the boundary of Isle of Anglesey.

This procedure will use a 2 stage process, with an Invitation to Participate after which a shortlisted number of bidders will be asked to submit a Invitation to tender. The Council may include opportunities for bidders to have clarification meetings. These procedures are clearly laid out in the guidance in the Invitation to participate document.
