PSR - Competitive Process - BSMHFT are seeking the provision of a service that provides patients with primary care medical services for patients age 18 and above, that have no fixed abode (this includes rough sleepers, adults living in short term temporary accommodation or hostels) and are residing in the Birmingham area or patients registered with the practice as temporary patients.
The service is required to be delivered on a minimum basis of set appointment listed within the specification, within the hours of Monday - Friday - 09:00-17:00.
