Description
The NLA Media Access Licence gives organisations permission to copy, share, and distribute newspaper and media content, both in print and digital form, for internal or client use. Without it, copying or circulating news articles (even short extracts or screenshots) can breach copyright law. As the NLA is sole authorised owner and licensor of copyright in the newspaper content the licence required cannot be obtained from any other supplier.

It holds the exclusive rights to license the reproduction and distribution of this content on behalf of rights owners. No alternative provider can legally issue this licence.
Regulatory Compliance: Holding a current NLA licence ensures WRAP's continued compliance with UK copyright law, specifically the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Failure to renew could expose the organisation to legal and financial risk for unlicensed content use.
