Statutory and Exclusive Rights Holder: NLA media access Ltd is the UK's officially mandated collective licensing body for newspaper and magazine publishers. It holds the exclusive rights to license the reproduction and distribution of this content on behalf of rights owners. No alternative provider can legally issue this licence.

Regulatory Compliance: Holding a current NLA licence ensures WRAP's continued compliance with UK copyright law, specifically the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Failure to renew could expose the organisation to legal and financial risk for unlicensed content use.
