Scope
Description
This procurement seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and accredited supplier to deliver asbestos survey services across Trent & Dove Housing's property portfolio. The service will include reinspection surveys, management surveys, targeted and refurbishment surveys, as well as roofline, communal, and guttering/gable-end inspections.
The appointed supplier will be responsible for carrying out asbestos surveys in accordance with current legislation and best practice, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to residents. Survey data and reports will be provided in a clear, accessible format compatible with Trent & Dove's existing compliance systems (C365).
The aim of this procurement is to ensure continued statutory compliance, accurate recording of asbestos information, and effective management of asbestos risks across all relevant properties.

Engagement process description
Interested suppliers are invited to participate in this Pre-Market Engagement (PME) exercise by reviewing and completing the PME Questionnaire provided with this notice.
The purpose of this engagement is to gather supplier insight, innovation, and feedback to help Trent & Dove Housing shape the upcoming Asbestos Survey Services procurement. This includes the provision of reinspection, management, targeted, and refurbishment asbestos surveys across our housing stock, along with accurate reporting and data management to maintain regulatory compliance.

Trent & Dove Housing may use the feedback received to refine its requirements, evaluation approach, and contract structure. Suppliers who engage in this PME will not be advantaged or disadvantaged in any future tender process.
