Derbyshire County Council will be inviting tenders for provision of a Software Solution to support the delivery of Health checks within GP practices, PCN's and other locations within the community across Derbyshire (excluding Derby City) in order to fulfil the Council's statutory responsibility of delivering NHS Health Checks.

Total value (estimated)

  • £275,000 excluding VAT
  • £330,000 including VAT
