23/10/2025 To all bidders for "Request for Proposal for Air Monitoring Supply and Maintenance". Subject: Notice of Cancellation of Procurement and Intention to Re-issue Dear Sir or Madam, Thank you for your participation in the above-referenced procurement exercise. We appreciate the time and effort you invested in preparing your submission. We are writing to formally notify you that this procurement opportunity has been abandoned and is therefore cancelled with immediate effect. This decision was made following a review of the scope of works. It was determined that significant revisions to the requirements are necessary, and proceeding with the current process would not comply with the requirements of the Procurement Act 2023. In line with the transparency principles of the Act, a Procurement Termination Notice will be published on the Central Digital Platform. We will be re-issuing this opportunity as a revised procurement in the near future. All bidders who participated in this cancelled exercise will be personally notified by email once the new opportunity is live.
