This notice is published by ScotRail Trains Ltd (SRT) and is intended to advertise a market engagement exercise in relation to a procurement for the provision of Rolling Stock Glass Replacement Service at Haymarket and Shields Depots. The procurement activity will commence in late-2025.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement
This requirement will be tendered as a single Lot for Rolling Stock Glass Replacement Service for Class 170 (Haymarket) and Classes 334 & 380 (Shields) initially, although this may also include other ScotRail Classes in future, all in accordance with current rail standards. ScotRail will require a 24-hour on-call service such that the supplier is able respond quickly and be in attendance on site at the nominated location to conduct Glass Replacement.
The Glass Replacement service will be in accordance with ScotRail Vehicle Maintenance Instructions (VMIs.
Supplier shall be UKAS ISO-9001 accredited.
The proposed initial contract term shall be 3 years, with the option to extend for up to an additional 2 x one-year options subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
