Framework operation description
Framework Appointment
1 In order to be appointed to this framework, your organisation must pass the Procurement Specific Questionnaire - appendix B
2 Suppliers must achieve a scoring of at least 1 on all of the quality questions.
Award of individual Call-off contracts under the Framework Agreement
3 The successful suppliers will enter into a framework agreement. The framework will commence on 01.01.2026 and will be for 5 years.
4 The Contracting Authority does not give any guarantee and/or warrant the actual value of the services (if any) which will be placed with the successful suppliers by any client using the framework pursuant to this process and accepts no liability thereof.
5 The basis for award of specific streams of work(s) will be operated by the Councils deciding operationally how best to utilise the service considering the most advantageous bid.
