Description
Newport City Council are seeking tenders from suppliers for feasibility studies for the:
A) Development of Residential Homes
B) Development of a Wellbeing Village
C) Development of an Integrated Health & Social Care Hub
A) & B) are requirements for Adult Services. C) is for Prevention Services.
Each feasibility study has a budget of £21,000.00 excl of vat, in total £63,000.00 excl of vat.
The Council only wish to award to one consultancy/consultant who has the capacity to deliver the final reports for each feasibility study by mid March 2026.
