Scope
Description
The Kingston District Heating network project aims to decarbonise new and existing buildings in Kingston through a proposed heat network utilising waste heat from the local Hogsmill Sewage plant.
Work conducted to date by the project means it is now at a stage where a procurement process can be conducted to appoint a Development Partner who will deliver the scheme in partnership with the Royal Borough of Kingston.
