Scope

Description

This tender exercise aims to establish a framework for Exhibition Build services within the Natalie Bell building, part of Tate Modern. The framework will establish a key contractor relationship to ensure that we have continuous support and advice for projects scheduled within the building, and appoint a contractor to deliver the build services for four temporary exhibitions within the Natalie Bell building (Tracey Emin. Second Life, Frida Kahlo (title tbc), Monet (title tbc), Light and Magic).

Framework operation description

The initial procurement process will determine both the make-up of the framework and the award of the initial contract under the framework.

The bidder who scores the highest total marks following the conclusion of the evaluation process will be awarded the initial contract, and the other high ranked bidders (the exact number at the discretion of Tate, likely no more than 6) will be awarded to the framework proper.
