The framework is to operate across United Kingdom and will be open to all UK public sector bodies to access via a Joining Agreement between Hyde, the supplier and National Framework Partnership Ltd, who Hyde has appointed to administer the framework on its behalf. Any contracting Authority, as defined in Regulation 2 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, may utilise our frameworks.
