Description
We invite suppliers to engage with us ahead of a potential tender for Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) chambers. This early engagement aims to help shape a sourcing strategy and procurement process that not only meets our technical and commercial requirements but is also accessible and appropriate for a broad range of suppliers.
Participation in this pre-market engagement is entirely optional. Suppliers who choose to engage will neither be advantaged nor disadvantaged in any future tendering process. Any subsequent tender opportunities will be published in accordance with standard procurement procedures.
