Description
The service will respond to the needs of and support service those who the Council have agreed to accommodate on a temporary basis.
The service is expected to provide meaningful and structured support to enable service users to address or minimise support needs, enabling successful move on to suitable, independent and sustainable settled accommodation. The service will also assist the Council in fulfilling its housing management duties associated with the properties, under the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016.
