Description
The Agency is seeking to establish a working solution that supports the development of an Animal Management Database-a strategic investment for the MHRA. This system will enable real-time electronic record-keeping and reporting to strengthen compliance with ASPA, streamline operational workflows, and uphold high standards of animal welfare through integrated digital infrastructure and competency tracking.
For the avoidance of doubt, any information provided to the MHRA in response to this RFI will be treated as confidential and non-binding. No contract will be awarded as a consequence of this RFI process, however, the MHRA may launch a procurement opportunity in the near future.
Responding to this RFI is not a prerequisite for participation in a subsequent procurement, nor does it give any advantage in that procurement. The MHRA would welcome responses to this RFI in order that the MHRA can build an understanding regarding the current and future provision of the project.
