Description
Great Places Housing Group (GPHG) intends to establish a standard framework of one or more lots, with a number of suppliers in each lot for the provision of remedial works as required by our ongoing programme of Fire Risk Assessments. This will principally be for passive firestopping works, such as fire door installation & compartmentalisation, but may include some elements of active fire risk prevention.
Works will be carried out across the GPHG estate in Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire, High Peak & South Yorkshire.
The Framework is envisaged as lasting four years and will be for a value of up to £5 million.
