Engagement process description
We are looking to engage with the market to determine if the proposed Framework would be a suitable route to market for both suppliers and customers alongside determining if the Lot selection is appropriate and what Terms and Conditions are utilised within this market.
As part of the PME, we have created a brief questionnaire for both customers and suppliers which can be found here:
Customers (Contracting Authorities): https://forms.office.com/e/qxRuL8jaa7
Suppliers: https://forms.office.com/e/pBQ0JJJjzw
Following the questionnaire, there is an option to engage further as part of this PME which can be arranged on a one to one basis.
We reserve the right to discuss the content of the responses with individual suppliers following the completion of the questionnaire and as part of the PME. The outcomes of the PME engagement will be shared as part of the process and all information provided will be anonymised.
YPO reserves the right to not commit to advertising this tender if we do so wish. Should YPO wish to proceed further with a formal procurement process, then this will be followed in accordance with YPO's contract procedure rules and in line with the Procurement Act 2023 as relevant. Please note that any information is been sought without prejudice and without commitment.
