Mental Health and Wellbeing Hubs offer a community response for people with mental health and wellbeing issues or distress, providing a non-clinical, safe space to support individuals to have choice, understanding, take control of and manage their own mental health, promote self-efficacy and building knowledge, skills, confidence and resilience.
