NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) are seeking to commission a Night Light Cafes Service.

Night Light Cafes provide safe places for people to go when struggling with their mental health and wellbeing to receive non-clinical, out-of-hours support, offering an alternative to statutory emergency services. The Commissioner is considering commissioning intentions including moving from the current provision of a management oversight provider and separate contracts for sub-sites to a Lead Provider Model with the selected provider sub-contracting the sub sites.

This notice intends to identify providers who would like to express an interest in providing the above service and to invite all interested parties to attend a Market Engagement Event with NHS Lincolnshire ICB. The contract value and duration information will be covered as part of the market engagement presentation pack.

The event details are as follows:
Date: Thursday 23rd October 2025
Time: 2:30pm - 3:30pm
Venue: Online via MS Teams

A draft service specification detailing the requirements of the service can be found within the attachments area of the project on Atamis. Once registered, providers will have the option to respond to questions regarding their experience and capability of delivering similar services. The deadline to respond to these questions is 12pm on the 22nd October 2025. Please note, this is a draft Service Specification which may be subject to changes.

Please note this is a market testing exercise and does not commit the ICB to carry out a procurement process.
