Description
This initiative presents a timely opportunity to address persistent vaccination inequalities in Derby City by leveraging community-led approaches and cross-sector collaboration. It builds on previous successful engagement work and aligns with NHS priorities to reduce health disparities and improve vaccine uptake.
Projected Aims and Outcomes
Aims:
• Increase uptake of COVID-19, flu, RSV, and life-course vaccinations
• Build trust through community-led engagement
• Empower local leaders and strengthen system-community relationships
• Embed long-term planning into the vaccination landscape

• Higher vaccination rates in underserved areas
