Description
Communal Area Cleaning Services to 130 Residential Properties
Prima Group wish to appoint an experienced contractor/s based within the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority area to undertake communal area cleaning services to its properties within the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority area. The areas will be divided into Lots based on Geographical location.
The Works comprise the cleaning of surfaces as scheduled to each property at specified frequencies and as defined within the definition of terms which will vary depending upon the components contained within each property

- £644,800 excluding VAT
- £773,760 including VAT

Each lot will be let over a Two year term

The Works comprise the cleaning of surfaces as scheduled to each property at specified frequencies and as defined within the definition of terms which will vary depending upon the components contained within each property.

- £28,800 including VAT
