Reason for not signing contract
Responses to the tender resulting in difficulties to accurately compare supplier, the documentation was then reviewed and the direction of the tender changed to a significant amount that we felt a new process should be launched. A lot of precious criteria has remained however other elements have changed and a new tender process will be launched.
