As an authority Kent County Council has a need to support its new and existing managers throughout the authority. The Authority is looking to raise management standards and drive consistency of colleagues experience across Kent, which will provide managers with a good grounding in the core capabilities necessary to perform their role, to support their teams and to deliver on our organisational objectives.
