Historic Environment Scotland (HES) intends to award this contract under the conditions of regulation 33.4.b(ii) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) regulations. The contract will be for a project resource for Microsoft Dynamics applications. HES has utilised the services of a contract resource that has been working on three critical Microsoft Dynamics based applications:
a. Performance Management
b. ProActivity
c. eCommerce
The intention is to put in place a 6 month contract extension for the project resource to allow a knowledge transfer to take place for the three projects.
