Description

Window Cleaning Services to 149 properties

The Works comprise the cleaning of all external glazed elements and frames to windows, doors and entrance screens (including address signage) and canopies (including non-glazed entrance canopy soffits) to all elevations, unless otherwise stated in the pricing matrices, as scheduled to each property at a frequency of one visit per calendar month, or as stated in the documentation, and as defined within the definition of terms.

  • £221,200 excluding VAT
  • £265,440 including VAT

Description of possible extension:

Each lot will be let over a Two year term.
