Scope
Description
The objective of the Services is to deliver Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance and ancillary goods appertaining to Bulk Fuel Tanks at Selhurst and St Leonards Depots
The supplier shall be responsible for PPM for each location, including the following activities:
The supplier shall provide GTR with a schedule of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) for all of the equipment in scope, as per the table (appendix 1), located on the Norwood side of Selhurst Depot (a GTR managed facility) and at St Leonards Railway Depot (a third party managed facility).
Such equipment shall consist of the tanks, additive injection system, cabinets and pipework.
The PPM shall consist of:
•Monthly bulk fuel tank de-watering maintenance: the monthly removal of
•water contamination from bulk fuel tanks located at Selhurst Depot;
•Monthly removal, maintenance and cleaning of bulk fuel filters located at
•Selhurst Depot;
•Annual additive injection system maintenance: the annual maintenance of
•additive injection systems at Selhurst Depot and at St Leonards Railway Depot consisting of:
•Calibration of the additive injection systems with a suitable tanker delivery;
•Maintenance to diaphragms in injection system;
•Tidy up of external cabinets;
•Confirm pipework is leak-free and replace any damaged pipework and connections;
Ancillary Fuel Systems PPM - Consisting Of:
•Monthly fuel dispenser filter maintenance at Selhurst Depot;
•Monthly fuel polishing system maintenance at Selhurst Depot;
•Monthly fuel tank level monitoring system maintenance;
•Monthly fuel additive injection system maintenance at Selhurst Depot
and at St Leonards Railway Depot;
Continuous cloud data contract for tank (fuel and additives) level monitoring
(see section 3 of this TPS) at Selhurst Depot and at St Leonards Railway Depot;
Continuous cloud data contract for fuel dispensation monitoring (see section
2) at Selhurst Depot and at St Leonards Railway Depot, including
the recording of vehicle details for each dispensation.
Bulk fuel tank sampling, every 6 months, at Selhurst Depot and St Leonards
Railway Depot;
Reactive services for carrying out AAW required for fuel points, bulk fuel
tanks, additive tanks, ancillary fuel systems, additive injection systems and
Class 171 fuel tank fill valves (see section 3 of this TPS for required service
levels) at Selhurst Depot and at St Leonards Railway Depot;
Annual maintenance of the lube oil tank at Selhurst Depot.
The supplier shall be responsible for the provision of Ancillary Goods and Services at Selhurst Depot and at St Leonards Railway Depot, as follows:
•CarbonClear™ Rail Fuel Detergent - 967 litre / 880kg IBC;
•FuelClear™ M15 Fuel Biocide;
•Replacement of Class 171 fuel tank fill valves (098/015314) as required;
•Class 171 fuel tank fill valve refurbishment (as required) in accordance with refurbishment specification to be provided by GTR;
3.Tanks and Associated Pipework- Annual Hardware Support and Software Licence at Selhurst Depot
