Description
The Council is seeking to appoint a supplier (the "Contractor") for the provision of a cold in-situ recycling process which reconstructs the footway and carriageway by recycling existing material, importing new materials as required, then applying new bitumen to provide a new surface material (the "Works").
Contract will commence from 1 December 2025 and will expire 30 November 2028.
