Description
The Council is initiating a pre-market engagement exercise to inform the forthcoming procurement of a Partnering Adviser. This dialogue is not part of the formal tender process but is designed to gather insights from experienced market participants on the proposed scope, delivery model, and commercial expectations.
The Partnering Adviser will play a key role in supporting the mobilisation and operational delivery of the Council's Repairs, Maintenance, and Capital Delivery contract along with a number of compliance contracts, helping to drive value and foster collaborative working practices.
Feedback from this engagement will directly influence the final tender documentation, ensuring it reflects current market capabilities, best practice, and aligns with the Council's strategic objectives.
