Scope
Description
The Council is undertaking a pre-market dialogue to inform the upcoming procurement of a Commercial Adviser. This engagement is not part of the formal tender process, but is intended to gather feedback from interested parties on the proposed scope, approach, and requirements.
The Commercial Adviser will primarily support the mobilisation and delivery of the Repairs, Maintenance, and Capital Delivery contract, as well as help embed hybrid cost models across other contracts. Feedback received during this pre-market dialogue will be used to shape the final tender documents, ensuring they reflect market best practice and are aligned with the Council's objectives. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this dialogue to help ensure the procurement process is robust, transparent, and meets the needs of both the Council and the market.
