The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham (the Council) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for the delivery of Public Health Nursing and Maternity in the Community Services. This procurement supports the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) and aims to improve health outcomes for children, young people, and families across the borough.

The services will be procured in three distinct lots:

Lot 1: Health Visiting Service (0–5 years)

Lot 2: School Health & Wellbeing Service (5–19 years, and up to 25 for young people with SEND)

Lot 3: Maternity in the Community Service (0–2 years)

Providers may bid for one, two, or all three lots. Each lot will be evaluated independently.
