Framework operation description
Top 3 scoring tenderers will be placed on a list with the highest scoring tenderer being ranked 1st on the list, with subsequent tenders ranked on the list in descending order based on their score. For each order, the 1st ranked Tenderer will initially be asked to fulfil the order. If in the event requirements are not available when needed the Council are then able to approach the next ranked tenderer. This process will continue until the order is fulfilled.
