Scope
Description
TfN intends to commission a Rail Modelling and Appraisal Partner (RMAP) to support the NPR programme. This contract will provide expert advice, modelling and analysis covering core economic and strategic modelling in support of NPR business cases and related supplementary analysis and reporting.
