Procedure
Procedure type
Competitive flexible procedure
Competitive flexible procedure description
The Competitive Flexible procedure shall consist of two stages. The first 'Participation Stage' is via a PSQ where potential providers are invited to express their interest in tendering for the full requirement by completing the PSQ. The PSQ consists of Pass/Fail questions and a scored assessment. The highest scoring 5 compliant PSQ submissions will be invited to the second stage of the procedure, where they shall be invited to tender against the full ITT. Full details of the PSQ process is included within the PSQ pack.
Justification for not publishing a preliminary market engagement notice
It was not deemed necessary as the Authority's requirement is suitably well defined and the Competitive Flexible procedure is being conducted over two stages, where interested parties will have the opportunity to register their interest and submit a PSQ response.
Documents
Documents to be provided after the tender notice
A full and final ITT pack will be published post 'Participation Stage' of the competition.
