First Choice Homes are looking to appoint a single provider to each of two Lots over 5 years.
Lot 1 is for the five-year leasing of vehicles including racking and livery, and Lot 2 for telematics with the optional inclusion of Dashcams.
Providers can bid for either or both Lots.

Lot 1. Fleet including racking, livery , maintenance and repair
Description
The provision of approximately 88 vehicles, deliveries commencing around July 2025 onward with further supply of additional long- and short-term hire vehicles, quantity unknown, as and when required during the period of the contract.
The Lot 1 contract will also include for the provision of a full fleet management service and repairs including the prompt provision of replacement vehicles to keep the fleet at the required number and profile and keep disruption of operations to a minimum.

Lot 2. Vehicle Tracking and Telematics Provision plus optional Dashcams
Description
This will include, but is not limited to the provision, installation and on-going management of a telematics system including fleet reporting tools, vehicle tracking, fleet management and fuel management and ensuring that all equipment complies with current Health & Safety regulations and meets any other necessary regulatory compliance. This Lot also includes for the provision of optional Dashcam provision.
