The Provider will provide continuing health care packages of care for adults and children, including but not limited to, brain and spinal care support, LD and Autism, dementia and stroke care.

NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB has made a contract award following direct award process B of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.

Approximate lifetime value of the contract is £226,000. It should be noted the indicative contract value is based on assumption of individual placements of care arranged with the provider determined on a case-by-case basis.
