Wigan Council is undertaking a pre-market engagement exercise to gather indicative annual costings for the cleaning services at Haigh Hall, based on the attached service specification.
This exercise is intended to inform future procurement planning as part of a major multi-year regeneration programme. At this stage, commissioners are seeking indicative pricing only and are not commencing a formal tender process.
