Description

Project for developing AI-assisted histopathology diagnosis using HALO software to train image analysis algorithms for recognising tissue and cell types based on morphological criteria.

Halo is a software package that is used for the image analysis of histological samples. Image analysis is typically used for the quantification of numerous tissue types and cells based on specific staining and morphological criteria, Halo incorporates an AI module that can be trained to recognise tissues and cells based on both morphological criteria. This software will be used for developing the use of AI for histopathology diagnosis.
