Description
The NFC is seeking to appoint consultants to undertake feasibility work for a new Forest Enterprise Hub (FEH) in the Heart of the National Forest. The work will be delivered in two distinct phases, with phase two dependent on the outcome of phase one, as follows:
Phase 1 - Development of the strategic rationale, based upon need, demand and ambition, to inform a robust and innovative concept for the FEH. The outcome of this phase will inform and shape the scope for Phase 2.
Phase 2 - Development of an Outline Business Case (OBC) which will include core function/s and facilities (both indoor and outdoor), commercial activities, income generation opportunities, financial appraisal, recommendations for sustainability features, and site design options.
