Description

YPO are looking for Suppliers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement following a Competitive Tendering Procedure for the supply of outdoor furniture [for use primarily in the education market and local authority sectors. However private customers are also able to buy from YPO]. This Framework is designed to allow YPO to meet the needs of all public sector Contracting Authorities by establishing an agreement for Suppliers to deliver to YPO customers on a direct basis whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the Supplier, but the Supplier delivers direct to the end customer.

Description of possible extension:

The Framework Agreement will cover the period from the 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2027 with one option to extend for an additional 24 months. The first decision to extend the Framework period will be taken by the end of September 2027 and will be dependent on satisfactory completion of all aspects of the Framework Agreement to date, the current market conditions for this category and YPO's contracting structures. The maximum Framework Agreement period will therefore be 4 years, from 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2029 (subject to an annual review, incorporating price re-establishment and KPI performance).

Lot 1. 100% Recycled Plastic Outdoor Furniture

Description

This Lot is for the supply of 100% Recycled Plastic Outdoor Furniture on a direct basis whereby the customer will place the order with YPO, YPO will place the order with the supplier ad the supplier will deliver direct to the end user. YPO will not accept any MOQ's and orders may be for single items.

This Lot is for the supply of 60-70% Recycled Plastic Outdoor Furniture on a direct basis whereby the customer places the order with YPO, YPO places the order with the supplier and the supplier delivers direct to the end user. YPO will not accept any MOQ's and orders may be for single items.

This Lot is for the supply of Wooden Outdoor Furniture on a direct basis whereby the customer places the order with YPO, YPO places the order with the supplier and the supplier delivers direct to the end user. YPO will not accept any MOQ's and orders may be for single items.

Framework operation description

A completed pricing appendix for a basket of goods will be required as part of suppliers submission and will be evaluated using the CIPFA % difference model.

This pricing is to be held for an Initial Period from January 2026 (the commencement date of this Contract) to March 2027. After this Initial Period, any amendments to price must be agreed with YPO in writing at least 45 days before any proposed implementation. Any price increases must be backed up with evidence to support the increase.

Suppliers will then be able to submit new pricing yearly for the following years catalogue.
