seven.2.1) Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
This is a continuation for the existing Enhanced RECONNECT Services pilot. The national team submitted a central finance request asking for an additional year’s funding (non-recurrent) for the four Enhanced RECONNECT pilot sites, to enable an extension to the national evaluation which will inform future planning, as well as support regions in 2026-2027 financial planning.
