Partick Housing Association intends to enter into a contract with three suitably qualified roofing contractors to carry out reactive repairs to their tenanted properties over a two-year period, with an option to extend on a yearly basis at the Client’s discretion for a further maximum period of up to three years.

Reactive repairs to various types of tenanted housing stock including tenements within the Partick area of Glasgow; repairs include but not limited to existing chimney repairs, roof battens, counter battens and roof coverings such as sarking, felt, tiles, slates, leadwork and rainwater goods.
