Scope
Description
UKRI is seeking to appoint a supplier to conduct a comprehensive and rigorous evaluation of the DiSSCo UK programme. The programme evaluation will consist of three main components: Evaluation Framework, Process Evaluation and Impact Evaluation which includes a Baseline Report and Value for Money (VfM) Assessment.
Total value (estimated)
- £1,250,000 excluding VAT
- £1,500,000 including VAT

- 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2029
- Possible extension to 31 May 2036

UKRI may extend this Contract for a period of 2+2+3 years
